上海瀚顺船舶设计有限公司成立于2002年，是我国最早一批民营船舶设计公司。主要几位管理和技术骨干都在公司有十年以上的工作经历，具有丰富的船舶设计经验。公司依托上海的区域优势，和国内外著名的船模试验公司，各大船级社都保持着紧密的技术合作和技术共享。积极参与国际海事组织和船级社的最新技术和生效规范规则的研究和讨论活动。

公司设计开发并建造的船型包括常规的散货船、杂货船、化学品油船、多用途集装箱船、沥青船、硫磺船、甲板运输船、海洋平台供应船、拖轮、铺缆船、铺管船、大型起重船等。
近几年的设计工作重点为不锈钢化学品船。已经对2000吨以上至25000吨化学品油船，间隔1000载重吨为区别，全面地进行了船型的开发和研究，完成了初步线型优化，航速预估，重量分析，保证了船舶稳性要求、最低的主机油耗和合理的用钢量。并按照各种不同的货物特性，进行合理的分舱和管系布置，满足化学品运输装卸的特殊要求。
为了保证设计的船型在航速性能上更具竞争力，长期与上海船研所，702所、荷兰MARIN和德国HSVA保持技术合作，一起研究和开发线型。
定期邀请各相关行业的专业人士进行各种方式的技术讨论和研究，收集前沿的船舶设计信息，对各种典型设计案例加以研究分析，不断丰富设计经验。

The ship types designed, developed and built by ALSEN include conventional bulk carriers, general cargo ships, product oil tankers / chemical tankers, multi-purpose container ship, asphalt tankers, sulfur tankers, deck transport ship, offshore platform supply ships, tugboats, cable-layers, pipe layers, large floating cranes, etc.
For the recent years, the emphasis of the design work is focused on the stainless steel chemical tankers .The ship type has been developed and studied comprehensively for the chemical tanker ranging from 2,000 tons up to 25,000 tons deadweight, with an interval of 1,000 deadweight tons. The preliminary line optimization, speed estimation and weight analysis have been completed to ensure the ship's stability requirements, the lowest fuel consumption of the main engine and the reasonable amount of steel to be used. Also reasonable subdivision and piping arrangement is considered according to the characteristics of different cargo in order to meet the special requirements of chemicals transportation during loading and unloading.
In order to ensure that the designed ship is more competitive in terms of speed performance, we have maintained long-term technical cooperation with Shanghai institute of SSSRI, 702 Institute, MARIN of the Netherlands and HSVA of Germany to research and develop ship hull lines.
Professionals from relevant industries are regularly invited to technical discussions and researches in various ways. Also cutting-edge ship design information are collected, various typical design cases are studied and analyzed. In this way our design experiences are constantly updated and enriched.
